Ready For Life Inclusive Community Town Halls
Ready For Life Town Halls are a community outreach initiative designed to bring together individuals, families, and partners in a shared space of learning, connection, and support. These sessions are created to serve Ready For Life Academy students, Group CLS Day Program participants, their families, and the broader community.
Each Town Hall features presentations, resources, and discussions focused on building independence, strengthening life skills, and promoting inclusive community living. Topics may include independent living, social and communication skills, recreation, health and wellness, safety, and navigating community resources.
Our goal is to create an accessible and welcoming environment where participants and families can gain practical tools, ask questions, and connect with professionals and peers. Town Halls are intentionally designed to be inclusive, engaging, and grounded in person-centered, strengths-based approaches.
Through this initiative, Ready For Life continues its commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and supporting the families and communities that walk alongside them.
